ok larr.. stretching so short only..
then,, straight split jor..
ouch!!!
den we did many many many new kicks n jumps...
AND EVEN SOMERSAULTS aka CART WHEEL!!!
but,,
gor gor says is easy as a piece of cake for him worrr..
hahaha..
at least i can do rite???

well,, we learned a new routine,,
such as what new coach says it is LEVEL 5..
SO LONG LA THE ROUTINE.. LIKE COMPETITION ROUTINE LERRRR~~
